NovaStar NCE Training in Thailand : Deepening International University-Enterprise Cooperation to Empower Photonics Talent

From December 2 to 4, 2025, NovaStar successfully conducted a three-day NCE training in Thailand in collaboration with RMUTR's NCE authorized site. This initiative marks a significant step in NovaStar's efforts to deepen international university-enterprise cooperation and promote localized talent development in the LED photonics industry.

The training attracted broad participation from students and photonics enterprises, with a total of 24 attendees, including 18 university students and 6 corporate technicians.

A key highlight of the program was its highly localized implementation: all core photonics courses were delivered entirely in Thai, effectively breaking language barriers and ensuring the localization of the training system.

The teaching team comprised experienced professors from RMUTR's electronics department, who combined solid theoretical expertise with practical industry applications to align the NCE standards with real-world business demands. The curriculum was comprehensive and closely tailored to the market's need for hands-on professionals.

Through this efficient and professional training, NovaStar has strengthened its collaboration with RMUTR, laying a solid foundation for the continuous development of Thailand's LED photonics talent and industrial upgrading.
