On April 22-23, 2025, the first L2 certification training in the Middle East region after the reform of the new certificate system was successfully held at Procom's training center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a benchmark case for the overseas promotion of the NCE project, this training attracted 18 core technical personnel from Gulf countries such as the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait to participate. The participantss who passed the exam successfully obtained the Novastar Certified Engineer certification.

This NCE training course is different from previous ones, as the training content is more closely aligned with the requirements of the new certificate system and fully considers regional characteristics. The course content is extensive, covering numerous products and knowledge points, with a focus on promoting products such as ET media servers, Vnnox, and Coex, all of which have detailed introductions.

In addition, to enhance the learning experience, each group is equipped with a complete set of practical equipment. After the theoretical course, participants can complete practical assignments in the practical section, which helps them to have a deeper understanding and mastery of the technical points.
