LED Screen Calibration
This certification is designed to develop engineers proficient in LED display calibration operations. It is targeted at technical support engineers, after-sales engineers, and rental engineers who have successfully completed Level 1 certification. Candidates are required to master the basic calibration procedures for standard rectangular screens and be able to independently perform brightness and color calibration of SMDs using a digital or industrial camera. Upon certification, engineers will be capable of providing SMD calibration services.
Target Goups
LED industry professionals who have obtained the L1 certification, primarily targeting technicians, post-sales engineers, and industry practitioners with a strong interest in LED calibration.
Prerequisites
Possession of the NCE L1 (LED Display Control Technician) Certification.
At least one year of relevant work experience in the LED industry.
Certification Scope
Fundamentals of LED Screen Calibration:
Mastery of basic knowledge and principles of LED screen calibration.
Calibration Solutions:
Understanding of different calibration approaches:
Single sending card calibration, cascading correction, full-screen correction, cabinet correction, module correction, SMD/COB correction.
Calibration Procedures:
Proficiency in core calibration workflows: CLB-Cabinet, CLB-Screen, and Calcube.
Case Analysis and Troubleshooting:
Analysis of SMD calibration cases and mastery of basic troubleshooting approaches for common calibration issues.
