It serves as the foundational certification in the NCE framework, with all higher-level certifications requiring this as a prerequisite. Upon completion, Candidates will have mastered the basic terminology, industry background, hardware connections, and essential software operations of the LED industry. They will be able to engage in technical discussions with professionals, correctly load configuration files and screen-linking files, and swiftly adapt to the technical environment of the LED industry.
